On turn 111, I scouted and realized that Valya, for once, wouldn't be gathering resources. Fast paths, hiding archers, and a quick advance towards the opponent through the snow. I managed to attack a bit earlier than expected.

Yeah, a bad situation, with constantly disconnecting internet at the beginning of the game, several mistakes, fast paths, the lack of a decent main hero, and as a result, the opponent arrived much earlier than expected. :( If I had managed to delay him just a little, I might have been able to take the gnome hall, beehive, and conservatory before he arrived.
