It happened. Took 112 with a good roll because I jumped into an adjacent zone past a shifted guard, then it generated not a masterpiece, but I didn't see ГО along the way, so there was a chance to make a rest upon meeting, and at the respawn there was a shield and cuirass, so if I hadn't managed to rest, I'd have something to meet with, but I rushed and tried to break through the guard into the adjacent zone not with Valeska — one speed was sorely lacking.
