| You Are the Tenth Doctor |
![]() The Tenth Doctor is generally portrayed as carefree, talkative, good-natured, witty, and bold, but he becomes more serious when facing enemies. He is sometimes as ruthless and dangerous as his seventh incarnation, although he has much less inclination towards complex schemes and convoluted actions. Like the Seventh and Ninth Doctors, the Tenth sometimes uses a cheerful, energetic demeanor to mask his true feelings. He loves to chat, always interweaving important information with utter nonsense to dull the vigilance of his enemies. Also, when the occasion arises, he can be rude and cruel. Despite constantly coexisting with people, the Doctor is deeply lonely. He says that a long life is a curse of the Time Lord, because all people eventually leave him, while he continues to live. Thus, when it turns out that the Master is alive, the Doctor sees this as the end. He sincerely weeps over the Master's body when he dies, refusing to regenerate. The Doctor is very upset about the people who died for him. The Tenth Doctor is more romantic than any of his previous incarnations. He does not refuse to kiss Rose, Madame de Pompadour, and Martha Jones. Moreover, he is truly in love with Rose and suffers greatly after sending her to a parallel world. This incarnation of the Doctor is merciful. Every time someone dies, or has to die, because of the Doctor, the Doctor says, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!" |
