The time limit increases steadily year after year. I see a reason for this. It looks something like this: A group gathers, and one person says, "Let's each have a bottle of beer during the meeting." They have one, then another. Then they decide by majority vote that one mug of beer isn't enough, they need two. Then two mugs turn out to be not enough... A newcomer arrives and says he wouldn't mind having a mug of beer. They tell him, "We drink 10 mugs, and one mug isn't serious, drink 10 mugs." As a result, the newcomer throws up and gets sick (although there are also those who can drink a lot). P.S. The heroic movement has completely turned into a drinking spree.
