exactly, that's the one!! :) otherwise, people suffered because of necromancy
in the same WT, upgrade as much as you want ;)
however, on some templates that are small and relatively fast, you can forbid upgrading
but when playing against Vampire Lords on XL maps, it wasn't so bad, Conflux was always considered imba))
