Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

Minotaurs need to be replaced (for aesthetic reasons) with their figure from the third game, and their speed should be increased by 1. Scorpion riders should be replaced with flying creatures that can paralyze. Witches should be replaced with Eyes (give them a set of spells: dispel, weaken, slow), as they are in Might and Magic 6 and 7 (large, flying; they shouldn't be as fast as the witches). Furies should have the flight ability of harpies restored, and their speed should be reduced by 1.
