Calculating the rating for clans!

No one is suggesting that the non-linear component should be the sole, primary, but not the only part of the ranking system! People are objecting to its use as the *only* component! The linear component itself has its own flaws. The non-linear component has its own, and my bonus system has its own. But all together, they provide an opportunity to achieve an acceptable result. No one is suggesting abandoning the non-linear system in favor of the linear system or the bonus system. The point is that they need to be combined. And you are demanding that everyone acknowledge that your system is perfect.
