Outcast's Path

Did you play as humans? Does the storyline work properly?

Unfortunately, no:(. With humans, the reputation is 95+, and the task is to capture the Orc city – everything is fine here. But:
1) With the Elves, everything is still the same: even after completing all the Elven quests and after the recommendation from the main human, they still won't let you place a garrison in the main Elf's city.
2) After receiving the quest to attack the Orcs, I still have Crag and his city.
3) After killing the Orc leader in his city, I still keep getting his quest – to attack the humans.
Perhaps the final quest can be completed by killing the Elves and thus capturing the 3rd Orc city, but I didn't do that – it looks too absurd:(.
