Confirm.
On 115 captured conflux without battle (no dwellings except pixies, no magic arrow at magic guildy), so AI heroes were not supposed to be of a serious danger. The same day AI captured it's house back, and on 116 I attacked.

It had 80 pixies (dwelling!), 15 air elementals (!) and a scroll with magic arrow (!). I had no chances to survive.
