You should know a thing or two about football. What match goes by without tackles, handballs, warnings, and red cards? There's no need to draw parallels. The question is, what is the proportionality between the crime and the punishment? It would be better to initially develop a scale of punishments or principles of responsibility. And then, only then, "execute."
