The spider approached you and... spat a web. You dodged, taking a quick step to the side, and the glob of web hit the sword you found, knocking your left hand back and sticking the sword to the wall (you can still try to free it, but it's stuck pretty well). The spider hissed and lunged at you, waving its mandibles. [off-topic: Spider, level 5, you can describe the fight yourself]
I rushed to the wall and, jumping off it, flew right over the spider, plunging the sword into it and ripping its body open... But as soon as I landed, the spider knocked me off my feet with its paw... I jumped up and barely dodged the second blow... The spider was weakening... It looks like I wounded it badly... But not fatally... The spider lunged at me... It knocked me off my feet, but... the sword served me well, and I pierced the spider's head with it... The spider fell, pinning me down... I somehow crawled out from under it... I disinfected the wound with a fly agaric tincture... I wiped the sword... I went and pried the found sword loose... Then I went and found an axe... Okay, with this spider, I completely lost the direction I was going... Well, never mind...
