All new inconsistencies and discrepancies discovered by the tournament organizer after the official start of the tournament will take effect in the form of restrictions in the tournament following the current one. That is, on the first day of the tournament, all rules must be announced and have no changes within the framework of the already started tournament. Because the law has no retroactive effect.

Otherwise, it always makes sense not to rush through the map, considering possible changes to the rules. I would like to remind you that in BB, the rules were changed three times...
