I managed to complete it turn by turn, but only with battles on fast speed. I definitely won't be polishing it for a final version because:

It's simply not interesting for online players, especially without any rewards... And for offline players, everything has already been decided.

Even if you force me, I'm still 50 moves short of that oasis near the peasants.

This can be easily solved without any complicated solutions. A difference of 10 movement points makes all the difference :)
