The opponent had everything the opposite: an outer market, two hidden stashes of centaurs, 20 elves, he went to attack the company and would have captured his Castle if it hadn't been defended by Aislinn with Meteor Shower. But even after this defeat and without Ivor, the chances of winning were probably almost 100%.
