NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

The total delay in outputting to the console will be quite significant. I didn't notice it with Hafad, but it needs to be adjusted there as well (at least for a hypothetical final version).
This is useful for testing, but not for the game.
After a certain number of heroes are added, I will review all the scripts to make them easier to use in the game.

I will reduce the font size and change the color of the departing message for Faguss, as it is currently too large.
