Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

I suggest using a linear scale starting from five points for the following reason: it is close to the minimum score obtained using a non-linear system across all tournaments held (5.65 for Evil_Hearte in the Heroes V tournament). So, this number is not arbitrary. A non-linear system is only suitable for comparing two tournaments in one case: the map was the same, and the starting save was identical. Otherwise, we are comparing apples and oranges, or even 100 meters and 400 meters with hurdles.
