I can’t get the super ability.

I've figured something out: There's a dependency between the development of the "Avenger" skill and racial abilities (various types of arrows): first, you learn the skills, and then the arrows. Level 1 of the skill - you can learn one arrow. Level 2 of the skill - two arrows. Level 3 - three arrows. Therefore, it's possible that you should be given an ability (like a rain of arrows, for example), but you won't get it because you don't have enough levels in the Avenger skill.
