Preliminary clan ranking on HW.

I don't understand why I was listed as a co-author of the first option. I never suggested penalizing for missing a tournament, neither in the individual standings nor even more so in the clan ones.
I believe that the results of everyone who played should be taken into account, but at the same time, we shouldn't make a tragedy out of the fact that more people from some particular clan played. Anyone interested will simply look at the results and see that such-and-such clan is in first place only because of the number of players, while another one is truly strong because its representatives took the top two spots. All of this can easily be displayed in the Clan Rating.
As for lowering one's own rating—how do you imagine that working? Purposely lose a couple of tournaments, fall into a negative bonus, and then win a tournament where no one wanted to participate to get your legitimate zero? Too many things would have to be taken into account, including the desire of specific players to play in a specific tournament.
