Sacred Haven of Debauchery

It seems like they're organizing control over all of Azeroth. They've decided to make playing as the Horde unbearable. Not only are they constantly attacking Undercity, but they're also interfering in low-level local PvP battles. So today, just for fun, I decided to check out Outland. I have one quest there that I haven't completed for the achievement, and it's really bothering me. I decided to see how things are going with the flags. On one of the arenas, I unexpectedly came across a level 90 Paladin who was beating up our level 60. Deciding not to allow such injustice, I intervened and almost killed him, but he managed to escape. It's a nightmare. I have a Priest there right now who will defend the honor of the Horde.
