that is exactly a short and precise description of the problem being discussed here -
some players are unable to read and understand/remember the rules.
(laziness, mental weakness, indifference, or something else - everyone can find the reason within themselves)
for some reason, some of them (not all) feel that they should be paid attention to and that something should be done with the rules. what exactly - it's unclear.
it's like kindergarten, isn't it?

is it really such a difficult task to read and remember that only one Dimension Door is allowed? think about it again - is this an insurmountable task?
control spells are the strongest in the game. is it truly impossible to pay attention to them?
