Heroes. Life and death at the edge of the blade.

We need to create two different factions: Orcs and Barbarians.

How do you envision this? Orcs have been Barbarians since Heroes of Might and Magic III. Or do you want to do it like in Heroes of War and Money, with Orcs from Heroes of Might and Magic V and from Heroes of Might and Magic III?
