What is better: traditional medicine or pharmaceuticals?

I share the same opinion. Traditional medicine methods are weaker than conventional drugs (not always), but they don't harm the body as much, while conventional drugs often have various side effects (addiction, etc.). In my family, they are used only for quite serious illnesses when there are no alternatives with traditional medicine.
