It's unpleasant to read all this nonsense about responsibility for registering for a tournament and about blacklisting those who withdraw. If you want to make people feel pressured, write about the responsibility in the tournament description, not after people have withdrawn. We don't come here to work; everyone has their own things to do. I can't imagine what kind of pathetic, obsessive person would put Heroes at the forefront of their life. I don't see anything wrong with withdrawing. If someone suffers because of one person withdrawing, it's not their fault, but a problem with the tournament system. There's a normal, dynamic, exciting, and fair double-elimination system; play on it, and no one will suffer. I don't know why they make these Swiss and group stages, which cause so many problems and arguments. It's worth looking at the root of the problem, not just its surface.
Well, it's clear that real life comes first; we're all almost working here, and Heroes is just entertainment. The fuss about the reason for withdrawing and motivation is understandable if work or real life doesn't allow it; there's nothing you can do about it, but if you register for a tournament, you're supposed to play. It started. One opponent withdrew, then another, and your participation in the tournament has been reduced to waiting to see if you'll play or not. The tournament has lost its momentum. As a result, it ends up stalling. And if this continues, the entire portal could stall. Heroes isn't very popular anymore anyway.
