Considering that heroes are immortal by nature, there shouldn't be an afterlife level. But the fact that a hero who was killed in battle can immediately be hired in a tavern (using the hero resurrection spell) is also not entirely correct. It would be better if he spent some time in the heavens, even if it's just for a while – he could even provide some benefit.
