Essentially, my opponent's advance into the desert was through my main castle, and the situation was, to put it mildly, one-sided. Thanks for the game.

On turn 111, I saw 2 pieces of the Elixir, 2 or 3 Hives, and a hidden lair of Catapults. 8 heroes is a good spread. There's Septienna, and a starting artifact from the Wave of Death:D.
But after that, it got worse and worse with each passing day.
Main castle with 10+ Black Dragons, or 3 groups of Griffins + Giants + Sorcerers. A total of 4 Hives, 3 of which are mini and 1 with 6 Griffins. The mini resource is very far away, and on turn 117, I found the last piece for the Elixir. The Miner wasn't given any land, and I didn't take Air or Fire. At the beginning of the second week, I took another Pandora's Box for all the water, without Wisdom. I defeated the main castle with 13 Dragons, essentially dealing shield damage to the groups of Catapults and Griffins, and there were 17 of each. I gave away all the tribute and some Griffins.
In the center, I immediately failed, giving away 3 Catapults to 117 Swordsmen due to the anti-morale from the hidden lair of Dragons. Then, a block from my opponent's main castle: 100+ Grand Liches + 20+ Giants. In a fit of rage, I attacked a group of unique creatures for the Dungeon and a couple of resources and a small artifact, and I had no magic at all. They beat me up so badly that I was left with 7 Griffins and 6 Catapults (a lot of morale and blinds there, and anti-morale for me). In the Dungeon, there was a 20-level Yogg with earth protection and all sorts of other stuff. I defeated him, bought a book, and my last chance was to beat 10-19 Red Dragons for the Pandora's Box and a Fireball. On the same turn, my opponent emerged without any problems with the Archmages, killing the Sorcerers and Liches, and drove away the Miner.
The battle with the Dragons was already a formality. There were 16+3 of them, and I killed 12+3, but if it weren't for a couple of anti-morale spells, I could have managed with 6 Griffins, 7 Catapults (or vice versa), 20 ordinary Wolves, and about 10+ Tier 1 Goblins + a Ballista.
