I confirm.

Everything was pretty good. Solmyr had a chain attack of 350 (couldn't upgrade it further), he used air magic and had 100+ mana + Rampart's meat shield.
By the middle of the 2nd week, I reached GM-4, but the relatively quick encounter and 700 skeletons didn't leave him a chance.

I continued for 1 additional turn, for about 15 minutes. So, there's no need to exaggerate.
In the morning, I wasn't thinking clearly about the game, so I was distracted and didn't immediately assess the situation properly.
