Of course. It also increases morale and luck. But for some reason, even with a fully upgraded hero with level 5 in all skills (Tactics, Chaos, Nature, Death, Life), his morale is always -5. And that's even with all possible artifacts equipped, including beer mugs that increase morale... Why is that?
