Time is money, or are you going to waste it?

So, you'll pause after every little thing, annoying your opponent who will be waiting. If you want to play at work, play on unlimited time, but don't come up with idiotic ideas "for everyone."

I don't understand how this could annoy an opponent. You can stall time even before taking your turn. Normal people won't intentionally do this in either case.

But if there are pauses all the time, then the point of a chess timer is somewhat lost.

If you make it so that nothing is displayed during the pause, like when taking a turn, then there will be no point in turning it on just like that. Only in those cases when it is really necessary. If this does affect the game time, it will be very insignificant. Such a pause will simply make the game more relaxed, that's all. I don't understand what's wrong with that.
