Or, when asked about clan matters, they explain very well that the number of members isn't important. But is it needed for a speed tournament? Does it really matter how many people participate in the tournament? How does it complicate your game?

When calculating the clan rating, the number of participants in the clan does not matter. Otherwise, there is no point in calculating the rating. Just count the number of players, and that's it.

When calculating the tournament rating, the number of opponents does matter, because this factor reflects the player's strength when considering their placement.
