Проблема с Gameranger Heroes 3

The most interesting thing is that I've tried Hamachi and Vipien, and I still can't connect to the game with anyone! But just now, we noticed something else: no matter how I try to connect to Heroes (through Hamachi or Vipien), my IP address in TeamSpeak/IP doesn't change. If my friend sees an IP address in Hamachi and Vipien, mine remains the same all the time... could this be the problem? Is something preventing the IP address from being passed to the game?
