And it seems quite dubious to me that the advantage in double-build and external dwellings is more imbalanced than the advantage of regular Dragon Fly Hives and Griffin Conservatories. On the same Jebus Cross, the quality of the layout comes down to the number of Dragon Fly Hives and Griffin Conservatories. It's kind of boring and monotonous. Therefore, I think it's worth trying to introduce new Griffin Conservatories and Dragon Fly Hives to the masses, just without conversion.
