I suggest that everyone start learning 3ds Max.

It's the same photo editor, if I remember correctly, there are about 5-10 thousand plugins for it.
P.S.: I myself am into Cinema4D, I feel more connected to it (although it's also of German origin :D)

..... here, I posted a work a little earlier........... no filters or anything else were used there... everything was drawn with a mouse, pencil, brush, and airbrush..... and it's just all about color selection... and a successful play of color and shadow...
