I decided to bet on magic, but the opponent turned out to be a much stronger mage. And no luck with knowledge - nothing but a level 3 hat, and even that couldn't be taken on the first try, and then I felt the tempo wasn't worth it for it.
On 121 I built a town portal in the village, and that's what ruined me. Instead of the planned leveling of earth and taking out two confluences, I couldn't refuse Dessa fire. And then since it was already that kind of mess, and expert earth was clearly not a quick thing, I grabbed scouting too. What for, I ask you.

And also the dumb mistake of not leaving a stack for Dessa to split on cost me the game. I spent a day splitting instead of taking the Griffin Conservatory, and then the blue player started pressuring the town with the mage tower. I managed to fight back, hurriedly rebuilt, and got the desired meteor, plus berserk. And then Kyrre's move confused me. He pops out of the fog and charges past Dessa into nowhere. I can't know his army, but the conclusion seemed logical - weaker, because charging a hero into nowhere without an army is obvious idiocy. So I made the decisive mistake - spent mana, which I didn't have much of anyway, on a meteor into a scout hero, and also burned the building with the tower. And then came the surprise in the form of Luna with the crew. Red described the battle in detail, it was fifty-fifty, but a bit of luck and an imba specialty helped him win.
