Yes, that's exactly how it is.
The distribution was poor, but thanks to Pandoras I managed to get 15 gr guards and 20 gr medusas, and was able to take the mini and 3rd Dragon Utopia, though they only gave parameters there.
There are no more Dragon Utopias and no prospects, so I decided not to drag it out.
