3.41 crashes and displays an error message upon startup.

Also, saves from 3.39 are not compatible with 3.41... and downgrading from 3.41 to 3.39 doesn't work; it only allows downgrading from 3.41 to 3.41 :D

HD+:

[-] The chess timer would accumulate when repeatedly ending a turn and then loading an autosave.
[!] When loading a save with a chess timer, the timer is set to the value corresponding to the beginning of the turn.
