2nd game of the winners' final

My opponent still had one restart left, maybe two. I didn't take any restarts.
Week 1
Kyrre didn't get elves - bad, on the first day I captured an external dwelling of elves - good. 14 of them. A Dragon Utopia was revealed in my respawn area and in my treasure zone. Little money. I only bought 4 heroes. Crag came. On 114 I captured a secondary mine on snow and only then bought the 5th hero. Little gold. On 115 I captured another secondary mine - a Castle. Next to it is an Angel Portal. The portal guard is 50-99 Fire Elementals. I didn't risk going in this week. At the end of the week 123456 in Citadel. Territory is quite large. Main heroes are weakly leveled. Everyone fought. Kyrre - Level 3, Crag - Level 5.
Week 2
No Dragon Fly Hives, no cans revealed anywhere. Nothing to go into the treasure zone with. Decided to wait out the week. Collect artifacts. Took sword +3, shield +2, and most importantly boots and gloves for Kyrre. On 127 Kyrre cleared the Angels and stayed at the portal.
On 131 a second Angel was bought. Kyrre replenished mana and prepared to jump into the treasure zone. It was decided to go into the treasure zone adjacent to the opponent's secondary mine. Put my own off for later. And to go in such a way that I wouldn't be seen, but would immediately reveal the territory closest to the opponent. In case of his activity, so that I could control it later.
On 132 Kyrre picks up the Cloak of Reckoning and a Pandora's Box for 10k gold. The others try to keep up. Crag is a Nagabank.
On 133 two hives are taken. 12 Wyverns. Ahead are 5-9 Archangels. I think about whether to fight or not. Crag runs up.
On 134 Kyrre has no Tactics. I decide to break the Archangels with Crag. He has both Tactics and Blindness. The plan was for 39 elves to shoot the Archangels. And I could blind them a couple of times. The Archangels were broken. Losses are tolerable. Then the troops return to Kyrre and he runs further. Behind the Nagas he picks up the Tome of Air. The main thing is that the entire passage between the treasure zone and the opponent is revealed. Now I could go deeper, and if the opponent decides to come here, I'll control him. Kyrre has 5 mana, Crag has 22. Expert Earth for both. Kyrre needs one fight and then to split for mana.
On 135 Kyrre fought a couple more battles. Found another external dwelling of Angels. Captured it. Managed to return, drop off troops to Crag, and split into the Castle. Crag captured a shield +3+3 and is ready to replace Kyrre in capturing goodies. Scouting heroes revealed another Angel Portal and a Hive.
On 136 Kyrre with full mana uses Dimension Door to the Well. There's Fly there. Restores mana and runs to the place where the troops are moving.
On 137 two more portals and a Hive are taken. Scouting heroes are placed near the external Angel dwellings. A Pandora's Box with 4 magic is taken. No blue activity noticed.
On 141 scouting heroes deliver Angels. Teleport to main. There the Dragon Utopia is captured. Gave junk (Tome of Water and Titan's Plate armor. The rest was complete rubbish). Kyrre teleports to the Castle on snow. There, ready to break into the underground treasure zone.
On 142 I started to mess up. I split Crag into the Snow Castle. Gave him the archers and centaurs and sent him to scout my own treasure zone. Kyrre flew underground. Forgetting I left 20 ducks with Crag...
On 143 what I did on this day was total noob stuff. View Air showed that I'm running to the opponent who is also in this treasure zone. The tavern showed that Shakti is ready. I just needed to go and finish the game. I chose another option. Although even with that option, if I had used Fly, I would have captured two Dragon Utopias and killed Shakti with all the scouting heroes... But no. I was stingy with mana. Captured one Dragon Utopia and forced Shakti to retreat. Didn't reach the scouting hero with the army. Shakti attacks Kyrre. I continue to mess up terribly. First turn of Shakti leaves me with 4 angels, 31 battle dwarves, and 1 unicorn. I slow him. Take out the small units. On the next turn, lightning leaves 2 out of 7 magic elementals. The battle should have been won already. No, I got scared and decided to retreat.
On 144 I continue messing up. Replenish mana near the main castle and instead of portalizing to the Snow Castle, then Fly and Dimension Door and killing Shakti again, I even could have killed the scouting hero with the army. For some reason I went into my treasure zone. Captured a hive and a cloak +2 to speed. A library.
On 145 I finally stopped messing up. The opponent, by the way, was also not far behind. All the time leaving Shakti on the move in the revealed treasure zone. Finally, the right thought came into my not-so-bright head. Teleport to the Snow Castle, Fly into the underground, then Dimension Door there and kill the scouting hero with the army. GG followed immediately.
By the end of the week, angels were being built in the Castle and the growth would have been 6 per week + 4 external dwellings...

Thanks for the game!
P.S. I chose the right plan for the game. Clearing treasure zones close to the opponent. Which I almost managed. If not for the massive brain lag that started on 142 with giving the ducks to Crag and ending the game on the next turn by eliminating all the scouting heroes and Shakti, I would have been very satisfied with my play. But the last three days left a bitter impression because of a sea of mistakes. I want to forget them, and not even remember the game because of these three days.
In the second week, I lost 50 Troglodytes to Snipers - that was the end of the second week.
In the third week, I got greedy for wings and Pandora's Boxes, while I was running around, the opponent snatched the Tome of Air, which scared me so much that I decided to go into a max Dragon Utopia, where everything except 12 ducks and 12 Minotaurs got eaten, but with a Cap of +5 level, a Cap +10\-2 and a Necklace +3 I feel more confident, and it's a good reason to build bears in the secondary town, and there was an external dwelling for them too.
In the fourth week, full-speed rushing in the treasure zone, even despite using View Air. But even without the rush, a Bolt hitting for 900 would have severely punished me there.
Thanks for the game.
