You are playing with concepts :) A stalemate situation is initiated by one side – the defending side (the losing side, which does not have a material advantage), which, through skillful actions, prevents itself from being destroyed, but also cannot win. So even with quotation marks, it doesn't fit.
You can do many other inappropriate things in full accordance with the rules. The situation is, of course, not described in the rules... although there is a connection with

And the game seems to be a fun game. The judge would make a decision in accordance with the spirit of the tournament.
