Calculating the rating for clans!

Soler, I don't think anyone here intended to rehash this again...
Besides, the ranking has already been published, and it's quite objective, based on several parameters, catering to different tastes, as they say (there are some minor flaws, but they can be easily fixed). So, there's really nothing to discuss, and the author of the ranking asked for comments regarding making the ranking time-limited.
