Thanks for the explanation :) but there's nothing there about not being able to do a draw for players who have already played and have the same number of points, especially when the pairings for the first and subsequent rounds are not determined according to the ranking but randomly.

In the following rounds, all players are divided into groups with the same number of points. Thus, after the first round, there will be three groups: winners, losers, and those who drew. If there is an odd number of players in a group, one player is transferred to the next point group.

The pairings for the next round are made from one point group according to the same ranking principle as in the first round.

We don't have any ranking; the pairings for the next round are formed randomly or at the organizer's discretion, so what difference does it make who plays against whom from those who have the same number of points in the next round? And why can't they start doing this a little
earlier?
