I think the best solution would be to upgrade the Lizardmen and then take any of the Dwarves. Simple Lizardmen and upgraded ones are two different units. Your K.O. :cool:

Without saves, it's hard to guess, but here are some options for the second week:
a) The army is far away, and it's problematic to move it back and forth for upgrades;
b) There's simply not enough money to buy and upgrade units!
