I wrote - "over the past few years." What happened in the old days is not so important; the modern history of club championships begins around 2009.

In the period from 2009-2013, I have this breakdown: 3 CIS, 4 Kingisepp, 3 Moscow, 2 Minsk, 3 Michurinsk. That's 15. I'm not sure if you can even get that many, even counting the joint trips of Tambov and Michurinsk.

15 trips is great. I have fewer, but I've held at least 30 tournaments in my city over the years, and many people from Moscow and St. Petersburg came, so the tournaments were strong.

Mizrael and Scorp have played at least 10 championships, and probably more, that's already 20.

Here's a standard tournament. People come to Michurinsk from St. Petersburg, SoD is already installed, they're ready to welcome the guests. It starts... damn, you have SoD installed, we didn't know... no one plays it anymore... no, that won't work... After upsetting the locals, they insist on installing The Heroes, saying they'll quickly install the only correct version and start.

They probably comment on how great it is to play on The Heroes, while the people from Michurinsk play SoD, not really listening to them, and lose.
The satisfied people from St. Petersburg say goodbye, explaining that they would have won anyway on SoD, but The Heroes is for the enlightenment of the backward.
