This is what crime prevention looks like in action.

So, what has changed after the introduction of this "prevention"? Are there fewer hooligans causing trouble? I doubt it. Are there fewer alcoholics? I don't think so. All of this is useless because the root of the problem is not alcohol, but the people themselves.
