I completely agree about the discomfort; they sold it after 10 pm before, and they still do, and they will continue to do so, and no law matters to anyone – this is Russia :D

I personally tried to buy it a couple of times, but they wouldn't sell it under any circumstances. Even in a familiar store, they don't sell it, and they get severely reprimanded for it because the fines are huge.
At "Red and White," they sometimes even ask for my ID, and I'm almost 30 years old. :)
