Connecting to Conflux.

Good afternoon. I have the following problem: I haven't launched the game for about a month, and the other day I decided to play. I launched the game through the autorun, basically, everything as usual. However, Ubisoft asked me to log in, which hadn't happened since the very first launch. I logged in, but after a long time of thinking and connecting to the server, a message appears saying that the connection is not possible! This continued for 2 working days, and I tried to log in at different times, in the morning, during the day, and in the evening. Then I started to suspect that I was entering the wrong password, so I created a new password and tried to log in with it for a whole day, but it was still unsuccessful. Please tell me how I can log in to online mode? Thank you.
