Utopia doesn't have any angels or Elrathian dragons.
Dominic Joker? :) Ashan is a fictional world, and the more parallels between worlds, even on a humorous basis, the less sufficient Ashan becomes.
What do angels or Elrathian dragons have to do with it? Godric isn't a fanatic who doesn't care about other Gods. And it's unlikely that Elrath would approve of killing any dragon (well, except for black dragons, and even then, it's not certain).
What does Dominic Joker have to do with it? Have you played the single-player scenarios in Heroes 5? ;) There's a mission called "diplomat," and it features the inquisitor Dominic.
