Why can Drago only create dragon artifacts from living dragons? After all, a necklace made of teeth, a crown made of claws, and greaves made of bone can also be made from Necropolis dragons. ;)

And Necropolis dragons are very easy to kill.
If it's really needed, we'll do it!

In principle, we can assume that small, almost imperceptible pieces of flesh are clinging to the bones, so all artifacts would be suitable.

For example, if the shield is green, does that mean it can be made from Sylvan dragons? :) Therefore, to avoid confusion, we can simply include all dragons in the same set – that is, for all artifacts ;)
In this case, we can simply add all Necropolis dragons to the list of materials.
