Funny, in my scenario, the shaman is named Taris.

In a scenario, you can name things whatever you want; it doesn't matter. The mod is primarily for multiplayer, so differences in heroes are needed, and that includes their names.

Basically, it all depends on whether you can give an orc a normal spellbook or not. If you can, then that alone would be a good special ability.

If successful, there will be variety, but this is a perversion and reduces the uniqueness of the orcs.
I would generally remove the animation from the entire orc faction, as there is a very similar battle cry, thereby freeing up the spell for a weaker spellbook, but this spell definitely shouldn't be a special ability - but that's already another topic, essentially a different mod).
