If you remove the mods and load the game, nothing will happen; you have to start a new game completely. Although, even then, I'm not sure... I was just concerned about the mana bar, but yes, it could be due to some map.
The mana bar is concerning - you press the English letter "M" - and there's your mana.
I removed everything except the map, entered cheats for the army and experience, and quickly reached that point - it's the same.
