I think the truly best solution would be a clause about requesting permission to stream, asking if the opponent minds. That is exactly how I solved this problem with TheVinz; there's no other way.

Maybe also ask if it's okay to use the HD mod, and if the opponent is against it, play "pure" SoD? There's no need to even ask about the damage calculator, as that' same as a "cheat". Basically, this is all nonsense.
