I've been playing Heroes 3 for quite a while, and yes, I often use Blindness, Berserk, and Meteor Shower, but some of the fire spells still need to be buffed.

Shooting, Attack, Armor, Resistance, Magic, Learning - IMO, these are useless. I prefer the following scheme for them: Basic - 10%, Advanced - 25%, Expert - 50%
or make it like this: Attack 10% - 20% - 30% (or 40%)
