Secondary skills in Heroes 3.

I've been playing Heroes 3 for quite a while, and yes, I often use Blindness, Berserk, and Meteor Shower, but some of the fire spells still need to be buffed. I've strayed from the topic, but do you agree with this?

Shooting, Attack, Armor, Resistance, Magic, Learning - IMO, these are useless. I prefer the following scheme for them: Basic - 10%, Advanced - 25%, Expert - 50%

or make it like this: Attack 10% - 20% - 30% (or 40%)
